Full Job Description

  • To provide administrative support to the depot operations.
  • To support the team & manager in achieving depot/company goals
  • Data Entry - entering & managing data in databases and spreadsheets
  • Travel Arrangement including Booking hotels, and other travel arrangements where required
  • Maintaining accurate records, paper and digital as per process and filing documents
  • Provide assistance to all sections of the business where required
  • Take incoming calls and making outbound calls
  • Participate in the out of hours 'on call' rota.
  • Ensure compliance with the Group's Health and Safety policy and behaviours.
  • Demonstrate and provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to internal and external customers.
