We are here to assist you every step of the way., The post holder will ensure accurate and timely production of Financial information in accordance with City Healthcare Partnership CIC procedures through completion of own work and co-ordination of the work of others.
- Scanning, inputting and controlling invoices within Oracle
- Reconcile supplier statements
- General Office Duties
- Input into Excel spreadsheets
- Investigates simple financial enquiries
- To use own initiative, with supervision, including working with financial data and systems.
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the finance department.
- Complete tasks in relation to assisting with month and year end processes for both data entry and management accounts.
