BREWERY ADMINISTRATOR

(Full-time/Permanent)

Bishop Nick Bewery - Braintree

A rare opportunity to join the Bishop Nick crew. Be part of a small, dynamic team in a family-run business. Telesales is a key focus, alongside general admin and customer support. Bring your people skills and organisational flair to help keep us brewing! Experience in a relatable industry helpful and passion for craft beer a bonus!

5 Days (inc’ Sat), 9am–4:30pm

Salary negotiable

Telesales: Take/process trade orders (phone & email) from pubs & stockists.
Admin: Maintain brewery management system (training provided), update schedules, manage stock/orders, and coordinate deliveries.
Office Management: General admin, filing, ordering supplies.
Personal Assistance: Provide admin support to the directors.
Online Sales: Fulfil online orders, book couriers and prep packages.
Shop Duties: Handle sales, restock shelves, and maintain a tidy, appealing shop.
Tours & Events: Coordinate brewery tours and support planning and staffing of events like Revelry Day.
Domestic Area: Help maintain shared areas and monitor supplies.

Essential – Telesales experience

Desirable - Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting tools

We’re looking for someone organised, cheerful, reliable, and efficient, with a can-do attitude and excellent phone manner.
