Senior Administrative Post
Are you looking for a new opportunity to support the delivery of excellent services to children and young people in Birmingham?
We are looking for a full time Senior Administrator to work within the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) team for North and West Birmingham. If successful, you will be providing administrative and secretarial support for EI services within Forward Thinking Birmingham (FTB).
The post holder will play a vital role as the first point of contact for those getting in touch with the Service, which includes patients, professionals and members of the public. Working in a busy office environment, you should be able to act independently, by using your own initiative. Opportunities exist for the post holder to make recommendations for service improvement by working alongside admin staff, attending administration and multi-disciplinary team meetings with Clinicians, Team Managers and Care Coordinators.
This is a key role that supports the effective running of the FTB Service. All applicants must demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, whilst working well in a team. You must be passionate about providing a quality service, with a track record of adding value to a workplace.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.
