Full Job Description
- Liaising with applicants, Army Careers Offices and Medical Experts answering queries and assisting candidates through the medical aspects of their application
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
- Interacting with third party providers where appropriate, such as candidates and GPs, as part of medical process fulfilment
- Reviewing letters, postal administration and scanning
- Answering the phone and responding to queries
IT literate, competent using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook - Must have previous administration experience
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A passion for Customer Service with the ability to go above and beyond and take ownership of any issues.
- Ability to work well under pressure, Familiarity with Army Careers, would be an advantage

We're looking for an Administrator to support the medical screening process for Army candidates. You'll be part of a large, dedicated team ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment operations. - Full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
- Hybrid working: split between home and our Upavon, Wiltshire office
