Full Job Description
A strong understanding of payroll systems and processes, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be essential for success in this role. Experience of internalising payroll would be desirable to explore that as a potential future project. The role will be responsible for a number of payrolls across the various legal entities within the Trescal zone for UK and Ireland.
Additional areas of the role are employee related transactions, such as expenses, company car management, P11D compilation and filing and pension administration.
+ Experience in Payroll, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
+ Proven experience in payroll processing and finance operations.
+ Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems, such as ADP, Cintra and Sage payroll.
+ Understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and management effectively.
