Are you a people person? Are you compassionate with great organisation skills? Are you looking for an apprenticeship where you can earn while you learn? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administration Assistant to join our team at Horton Housing Association's head office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team, and learn from the very best. This role is 35 hours per week, paying £7.55 per hour.
As this is an Apprenticeship role you will undertake a Level 3 Business Administration course of study, which you will complete within the first 12-18 months of employment. You will have one college day per month in addition to an allocated amount of time every week for learning activities.
At Horton we have a track record for developing talent, with many of our apprentices going on to secure full-time employment with us. Horton Housing are accredited 'Investors In People (Standard)', and we are a Disability Confident and Clean Sheet Employer. Should you be successful in becoming an Apprentice, you will be joining an organisation that invests in you and develops you, enabling you to build a career.
We also offer exceptional benefits including 6 weeks annual leave (+Bank Holidays!), and access to a Blue Light Card. We can also pay for travel to College for designated study days.
The Role

- To have a good standard of written and verbal English
- A friendly, welcoming and flexible approach.
- Be reliable and non-judgemental.
- Ability to use own initiative but be able to ask for help when required
