You will provide a welcoming and professional service for:

Visitors and members of the local community
Venue hirers and event guests
Resident organisations
Artists and programme participants
Café customers
Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
Supporting venue hires, events and building activities
Preparing rooms and public areas for customers and hirers
Helping maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Responding appropriately to customer enquiries and concerns
Following health and safety and emergency procedures
Supporting accessibility and inclusive customer care
Assisting with basic café and audiovisual operations following training
