Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a housing professional with experience of working in Neighbourhood Management. To be a key member of the Tenancy Services Section, responsible for initiating a pro-active tenancy and neighbourhood management response and pro-actively resolving all related issues within a defined management area.

West Lancashire offers a unique blend of rural charm, historic character, and urban energy. Our Planning Services team plays a pivotal role in guiding sustainable growth, protecting our natural assets, and supporting thriving communities. This is your opportunity to influence the future of a diverse and evolving region.

Your role is to support the Council's move to a more place-based approach, working to instil community cohesion and community pride, working with and alongside residents to tackle issues and bring about positive change.

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our team who can make a real difference.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can work with residents, colleagues and partners to achieve positive outcomes and sustain tenancies.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in social housing and have up to date knowledge of housing legislation.
