What You'll Do

Assist with monitoring production processes to ensure output meet quality, cost and delivery targets
Carry out routine inspections, testing and basic trouble shooting under supervision
Support continuous improvement activities, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance product quality
Read an interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation
Assist with the set-up and changeover of production equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, production and quality data
Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures at all times
Work collaboratively with production, quality and engineering colleagues
