Introduction
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across production, engineering and technical support functions. You will support the wider team with the maintenance, monitoring and improvement of production processes, equipment and quality standards. You will gain broad exposure to plastic manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do
- Assist with monitoring production processes to ensure output meet quality, cost and delivery targets
- Carry out routine inspections, testing and basic trouble shooting under supervision
- Support continuous improvement activities, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance product quality
- Read an interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Assist with the set-up and changeover of production equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, production and quality data
- Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with production, quality and engineering colleagues
