What You'll Do

Main responsibilities:

Acting as a first point of contact for IT support requests, incidents, and service inquiries
Providing technical support to users via phone, email, remote support tools, and in person
Assisting with the diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and account-related issues
Supporting user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation, access management, and equipment setup
Assisting with the administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID
Helping maintain end-user devices, software deployments, and mobile device management systems
Supporting the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio and video conferencing equipment
Helping maintain the IT desk setups for office-based staff
Creating and updating technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles
Following IT policies, procedures, and security best practices at all times
And any other tasks as required by the IT Department
