What You'll Do
Main responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact for IT support requests, incidents, and service inquiries
- Providing technical support to users via phone, email, remote support tools, and in person
- Assisting with the diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and account-related issues
- Supporting user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation, access management, and equipment setup
- Assisting with the administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID
- Helping maintain end-user devices, software deployments, and mobile device management systems
- Supporting the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio and video conferencing equipment
- Helping maintain the IT desk setups for office-based staff
- Creating and updating technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles
- Following IT policies, procedures, and security best practices at all times
- And any other tasks as required by the IT Department
