What You'll Do

The Administration Assistant/Reception Apprentice will support the day-to-day running of the GP practice by providing a friendly and professional reception service
Answering patient enquiries in-person and over the telephone.
Booking appointments
Handling telephone calls and carrying out general administrative duties
Supporting colleagues with ad hoc tasks

Training Outcome

Development in role - internal training courses dependant upon practice needs/requirements for upskills.

Essential - GCSE - 5 x including English and maths - 9-4/A*-C or above
