Introduction

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you’ll help promote the D-ENERGi brand. You’ll support marketing campaigns and gain experience in social media, email marketing, website content, design, search marketing and reporting. No experience needed, just enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to learn.

Our client is an Ofgem-registered, independent UK business energy supplier, established in 2002. They provide business gas, electricity, wind power and half-hourly electricity to organisations of all sizes. They focus on competitive pricing, smart meters and personalised customer service through dedicated account managers.

What You'll Do

Creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites and other marketing materials
Helping to manage and update D-ENERGi’s social media channels
Supporting the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Writing clear, accurate and engaging copy for different audiences
Assisting with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
Updating website content and helping to keep information accurate and relevant
Supporting the creation of graphics, videos and other digital content
Carrying out market, customer and competitor research
Monitoring campaign results and helping to prepare performance reports
Maintaining marketing databases, content calendars and campaign records
Working with different teams to gather information and promote business activities
Helping to ensure that communications follow D-ENERGi’s brand guidelines
Keeping up to date with marketing trends, platforms and best practices
Completing all apprenticeship training, coursework and assessments
