Marketing Apprentice

Introduction

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you’ll help promote the D-ENERGi brand. You’ll support marketing campaigns and gain experience in social media, email marketing, website content, design, search marketing and reporting. No experience needed, just enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to learn.

About the Employer

Our client is an Ofgem-registered, independent UK business energy supplier, established in 2002. They provide business gas, electricity, wind power and half-hourly electricity to organisations of all sizes. They focus on competitive pricing, smart meters and personalised customer service through dedicated account managers.

What You'll Do

• Creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites and other marketing materials
• Helping to manage and update D-ENERGi’s social media channels
• Supporting the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Writing clear, accurate and engaging copy for different audiences
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Updating website content and helping to keep information accurate and relevant
• Supporting the creation of graphics, videos and other digital content
• Carrying out market, customer and competitor research
• Monitoring campaign results and helping to prepare performance reports
• Maintaining marketing databases, content calendars and campaign records
• Working with different teams to gather information and promote business activities
• Helping to ensure that communications follow D-ENERGi’s brand guidelines
• Keeping up to date with marketing trends, platforms and best practices
• Completing all apprenticeship training, coursework and assessments
