We are looking for a confident, friendly and motivated individual to join our growing sales team as a Car Sales Apprentice.

You don't need to be a massive car enthusiast. What matters to us is that you enjoy talking to people, have a positive attitude and want to develop a career in sales.

What You'll Do

Shadowing and supporting our experienced sales team
Developing excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone
Learning how to confidently present vehicles and understand customer requirements
Learning professional sales techniques and how to build rapport with customers
Learning how to upsell finance, warranties and additional products appropriately and compliantly
Understanding FCA regulations and compliant sales practices.
Learning how to appraise and value vehicles
Writing engaging and accurate vehicle descriptions
Photographing vehicles to a high professional standard
Creating video content for our vehicles and social media
Handling customer enquiries and following up leads
Learning how to progress a customer from initial enquiry through to completing a sale
Developing negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills
Learning how different areas of a successful car dealership work together
