We are looking for a confident, friendly and motivated individual to join our growing sales team as a Car Sales Apprentice.

You don't need to be a massive car enthusiast. What matters to us is that you enjoy talking to people, have a positive attitude and want to develop a career in sales.

What You'll Do

• Shadowing and supporting our experienced sales team
• Developing excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone
• Learning how to confidently present vehicles and understand customer requirements
• Learning professional sales techniques and how to build rapport with customers
• Learning how to upsell finance, warranties and additional products appropriately and compliantly
  Understanding FCA regulations and compliant sales practices.
• Learning how to appraise and value vehicles
• Writing engaging and accurate vehicle descriptions
• Photographing vehicles to a high professional standard
• Creating video content for our vehicles and social media
• Handling customer enquiries and following up leads
• Learning how to progress a customer from initial enquiry through to completing a sale
• Developing negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills
• Learning how different areas of a successful car dealership work together
