What You'll Do

Supporting the day-to-day running of the school office
Entering and updating pupil, staff and school data on administrative systems
Answering telephone calls and taking messages
Greeting visitors, parents and external professionals in a professional manner
Managing incoming and outgoing emails
Filing, scanning, photocopying and distributing documents
Assisting with the preparation of letters, reports and school communications
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Supporting attendance and admissions administration processes
Ordering and monitoring office supplies and resources
Assisting with diary management and meeting arrangements
Providing administrative support to staff, pupils and families as required

Training Outcome

On completion you can progress into permanent role as an Administrator or progress on to another higher-level apprenticeship
