Introduction

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Apprentice Bricklayer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop practical skills, gain industry experience and work towards a recognised bricklaying qualification.

About the Employer

A small bricklaying comp0any working across the north east on various projects.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Assist experienced bricklayers with day-to-day construction work.
Learn to lay bricks, blocks and other masonry materials.
Prepare and mix mortar and other materials.
Measure and mark out work areas accurately.
Learn how to read and understand basic construction drawings.
Keep tools, equipment and work areas clean and organised.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Work as part of a team to complete projects to a high standard.
Attend college or training sessions as required as part of the apprenticeship.
Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the site team.
