What You'll Do

Duties to include but are not limited to:

Supporting adults with a range of care and support needs
Showing understanding of person-centred care, dignity, choice, independence, and safeguarding
Following care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies
Communicating effectively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
Working independently and as part of a team
Mentoring, supervising and leading shifts
Supporting colleagues
Developing on leadership skills
Maintaining care records with IT systems

Training Outcome

You may wish to progress to a Deputy Manager or Registered Care Manager role
