What You'll Do
Duties to include but are not limited to:
- Supporting adults with a range of care and support needs
- Showing understanding of person-centred care, dignity, choice, independence, and safeguarding
- Following care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies
- Communicating effectively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Mentoring, supervising and leading shifts
- Supporting colleagues
- Developing on leadership skills
- Maintaining care records with IT systems
Training Outcome
- You may wish to progress to a Deputy Manager or Registered Care Manager role
