As a Business Administration Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting a busy care organisation, develop valuable office and customer service skills.

What You'll Do

Reception Duties:

Professionally meet and greet clients and visitors
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, and handle general inquiries

Office Administration:

Maintain an organised office environment
Manage mail and deliveries, assist with scheduling, and ensure general supplies are stocked

Data Entry & Support:

You will receive specific, hands-on training to

Document Management:

Maintain accurate and confidential client records, both electronic and paper based

Team Support:

Provide general administrative assistance to the office manager as required

Training Outcome

Successful completion of the Business Administration Apprenticeship can open the door to a variety of career opportunities within Northbrook Care. Subject to performance and business needs, apprentices may progress into a permanent Business Administrator or Office Administrator role, with opportunities to develop into positions such as Senior Administrator, Care Coordinator, Compliance Administrator, HR Administrator, Finance Administrator, or Team Leader. Northbrook Care is committed to supporting the ongoing development of its employees, with access to further training and career progression within the organisation.
