What You'll Do

Technical Duties:

Respond promptly to support requests via telephone and email
Diagnose and resolve basic end-user IT issues
Escalate complex technical problems to senior service desk personnel
Continuously develop knowledge across vendor products offered by the business
Stay informed on emerging cybersecurity threats through industry resources
Take ownership of personal learning and development

General Responsibilities:

Deliver a professional, helpful, and adaptable service to both internal and external customers
Uphold company values and represent idash Solutions positively in all interactions
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
Promote equality, diversity, and customer-centric principles in all aspects of work
Provide support to team members and undertake additional duties as directed by your line manager

Training Outcome

A full-time opportunity may be offered after the successful completion of the apprenticeship based on the apprentice's performance throughout the duration of the apprenticeship.
