apprentices hands on experience with laser cutting, CNC Machinery,
fabrication, welding and powder coating, alongside recognised qualifications, helping them build a rewarding long-term career in a supportive team.

What You'll Do

Learn to set up, operate and programme CNC lathes and milling machines
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Produce high-quality precision components to customer specifications
Use precision measuring equipment to inspect components and ensure they meet quality standards
Assist with machine set-ups, tooling changes and routing machine maintenance
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet customer quality standards and delivery deadlines
Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work environment
Complete college coursework and work towards a recognised engineering qualification

Training Outcome

The successful apprentice will have the opportunity to secure a permanent role within our growing business, with ongoing training and opportunities to progress into senior CNC programming and engineering positions.
