Introduction
Join our growing team as a CNC Machinist Programmer Apprentice. You'll receive hands-on training on modern CNC lathes and milling machines, gain recognised qualifications, and work alongside experienced engineers while building a rewarding career in precision engineering.

company investing in the latest technology and our people. We offer
apprentices hands on experience with laser cutting, CNC Machinery,
fabrication, welding and powder coating, alongside recognised qualifications, helping them build a rewarding long-term career in a supportive team.
What You'll Do
- Learn to set up, operate and programme CNC lathes and milling machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Produce high-quality precision components to customer specifications
- Use precision measuring equipment to inspect components and ensure they meet quality standards
- Assist with machine set-ups, tooling changes and routing machine maintenance
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet customer quality standards and delivery deadlines
- Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work environment
- Complete college coursework and work towards a recognised engineering qualification
Training Outcome
The successful apprentice will have the opportunity to secure a permanent role within our growing business, with ongoing training and opportunities to progress into senior CNC programming and engineering positions.
