What You'll Do

Provide 1st Line IT support.
Manage Freshdesk tickets.
Log and prioritise incidents.
Carry out password resets and unlock user accounts.
Set up user devices.
Support office users and production/shop floor staff.
Carry out daily server health checks.
Investigate alerts.
Carry out network checks.
Troubleshoot device, printer, network and user issues.
Support the Windows 11 rollout.
Identify outdated PCs for replacement.

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician
