Introduction

You will gain hands on experience within UKSBS Tier 1 administration, achieving a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator qualification. You'll develop skills in customer service, communication, stakeholder management, business processes, digital systems and continuous improvement, supported by coaching and on the job learning.

What You'll Do

Respond to customer queries and service/helpdesk requests, providing professional and timely support
Process purchase requisitions and support procurement administration activities
Maintain accurate records and check work to ensure a high standard of quality
Prioritise and manage multiple tasks while meeting agreed deadlines
Use systems such as Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint to complete daily tasks
Provide advice and guidance to customers, escalating complex issues when required
Work closely with colleagues across HR, Payroll, Finance and Procurement services
Support process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and service delivery
Complete apprenticeship learning, training activities and portfolio evidence alongside day-to-day duties
Build skills in communication, stakeholder management, business processes and project working
