We are looking for a skilled and motivated Painter & Decorator to join the Maintenance team at THE NICI New Forest in Lymington. You will play a key role in maintaining the presentation and finish of our luxury hotel, ensuring all guest areas, bedrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are kept to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities

Carry out painting and decorating works across guest bedrooms, public areas, restaurants, bars, spa facilities, and back-of-house areas.
Prepare surfaces, including filling, sanding, stripping, and priming before decorating.
Complete both planned refurbishment work and reactive repairs to a high standard.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and with minimal disruption to guests.
Maintain decorating equipment, tools, and materials in good condition.
Work closely with the Maintenance team to support wider property upkeep.
Report any maintenance issues identified while carrying out decorating works.
Follow all health & safety procedures and safe working practices.
Maintain the high presentation standards expected throughout THE NICI Collection.

Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator, ideally within hotels, hospitality, or commercial properties.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Good knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Flexible, reliable, and proactive in your approach.
A positive attitude with a willingness to support the wider Maintenance team when required.
