Spa Evening Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Spa Evening Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of our spa during the evening. You will be responsible for ensuring our spa facilities are presented to the highest standards, supporting the spa team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience throughout the evening. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury hospitality. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the evening operation of the spa, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Lead and support the spa team throughout the evening shift.
• Welcome guests and respond to any requests or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure all spa facilities, including relaxation areas, changing rooms, and treatment spaces, are clean, well presented, and fully stocked.
• Carry out regular checks of the spa and report any maintenance or health and safety concerns.
• Support with the closing procedures, ensuring the spa is ready for the following day.
• Work closely with the Spa Manager and wider hotel teams to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
  
  Previous supervisory experience within a spa, leisure, or hospitality environment.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Calm, organised, and able to work effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
