What You'll Do

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be right in the action from day one, gaining real experience across sales, client relationships, and the day-to-day workings of a successful estate agency.

If you’re enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to build a long-term career in property, this could be the perfect first step.

What you’ll be doing:

Accompanying valuations and property viewings
Speaking with clients face-to-face and over the phone
Liaising with solicitors and surveyors
Supporting sales progression and negotiations
Managing property listings and client records using bespoke software
Providing general office and administrative support

Training Outcome

This apprenticeship offers a clear progression path, with the potential opportunity to move into a full-time position and qualify as a Sales Negotiator upon completion.

Working Arrangements

Working Week: You will be expected to work 5 days a week. Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30 with 1-hour unpaid lunch. Alternate Saturdays 09.00 - 15.00, with Thursday off when working a Saturday.

Expected Duration: 1 Year 3 Months
