Looking to start a career in property with a busy, well-established estate agency where no two days are the same? Cotswold Estate Agents are offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Estate Agent Apprentice to join their friendly, expanding team in Bishops Cleeve.

What You'll Do
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be right in the action from day one, gaining real experience across sales, client relationships, and the day-to-day workings of a successful estate agency.
If you’re enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to build a long-term career in property, this could be the perfect first step.
What you’ll be doing:
- Accompanying valuations and property viewings
- Speaking with clients face-to-face and over the phone
- Liaising with solicitors and surveyors
- Supporting sales progression and negotiations
- Managing property listings and client records using bespoke software
- Providing general office and administrative support
Training Outcome
This apprenticeship offers a clear progression path, with the potential opportunity to move into a full-time position and qualify as a Sales Negotiator upon completion.

Working Arrangements
Working Week: You will be expected to work 5 days a week. Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30 with 1-hour unpaid lunch. Alternate Saturdays 09.00 - 15.00, with Thursday off when working a Saturday.
Expected Duration: 1 Year 3 Months
Training Provider: WESTON COLLEGE OF FURTHER AND HIGHER EDUCATION
