What You'll Do

Take ownership of and continuously improve specific IT processes, including managing the asset management system
Utilize the ticket system to accurately log, manage, document, and resolve IT issues in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Provide support to the IT Manager on various projects and migrations
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels of the business, from end users to team leaders, managers, and directors
Work closely with external partners to resolve software-related issues

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Will initially be 8:30am- 5.00pm for the first few weeks during the settling-in period. Hours will transition to the standard pattern of 10am- 7pm (Monday to Thursday) and 8:30am- 2.00pm (Friday) once you have settled into the role.
