We are a dedicated staffing agency currently recruiting on behalf of a premium, friendly residential facility in the Romford area. We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join their outstanding team to help create a supportive and safe environment for residents., As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals who may be elderly, living with physical disabilities, or managing health conditions such as dementia. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care and assisting with medication or meal preparation.
Offering genuine companionship and emotional support to residents.
Assisting with light domestic duties within the home.
Supporting residents with safe moving and handling., Comprehensive Training: Full, ongoing training is provided for all staff, ensuring you feel confident and fully equipped to deliver exceptional care, regardless of your prior experience level.
Supportive Environment: A welcoming and collaborative team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care.

Experience: Familiarity with assisted living, nursing home environments, or specialized care for Alzheimer's and dementia patients is highly preferred. However, no prior experience is required if you have a background in retail, hospitality, or simply a strong desire to enter the care giving field, those transferable skills are highly valuable.
Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal), a hospitable demeanour, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Relevant skills such as first aid and medication administration are beneficial.
Requirements: Successful applicants will be required to hold or undertake an Enhanced DBS Check. Essential care certificates are preferred, though full training will be provided.
