Ensuring strong governance, prioritisation, and assurance frameworks are in place, underpinned by rigorous analysis, to enable confident decision-making at executive and political levels.
Completing strategic engagement and negotiation with senior stakeholders across central government, national agencies and local partners to influence policy, unlock funding, and progress shared objectives.
Providing visible, high-impact leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability, while building organisational capability to deliver complex infrastructure programmes at scale.
