What You'll Do

Support children’s learning and development through play and daily activities, help create a safe and caring environment
Assist with meal times and routines, prepare learning resources, observe children’s progress, and work alongside experienced staff while completing an early years qualification

Training Outcome

After completing the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into a permanent Early Years Practitioner role, continue onto a higher-level childcare qualification, or develop a career in nursery management, teaching assistance, or early years education
