What You'll Do

• Support children’s learning and development through play and daily activities, help create a safe and caring environment
• Assist with meal times and routines, prepare learning resources, observe children’s progress, and work alongside experienced staff while completing an early years qualification

Training Outcome

• After completing the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into a permanent Early Years Practitioner role, continue onto a higher-level childcare qualification, or develop a career in nursery management, teaching assistance, or early years education
