Support engagement and networking activities.
Work as part of the team to help with the administration and organisation of the programme, maintaining effective administrative systems, answering queries, and supporting the maintenance of webpage content.
Prepare and coordinate high-quality event materials, including agendas, presentations, training resources and joining instructions.
Communicate with delegates, clients, speakers and venues, and respond to event enquiries.
Provide event logistics support, take notes and minutes, and manage event surveys to gather feedback and support programme reporting.
Maintain and update programme and training materials to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency.
