• Support engagement and networking activities.
• Work as part of the team to help with the administration and organisation of the programme, maintaining effective administrative systems, answering queries, and supporting the maintenance of webpage content.
• Prepare and coordinate high-quality event materials, including agendas, presentations, training resources and joining instructions.
• Communicate with delegates, clients, speakers and venues, and respond to event enquiries.
• Provide event logistics support, take notes and minutes, and manage event surveys to gather feedback and support programme reporting.
• Maintain and update programme and training materials to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency.
