Introduction

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and organised Administration Apprentice to join our vibrant and friendly team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of office tasks and will be supported with real experience to complement your learning.

RJ Electrical & Security Ltd is an electrical contractors established in 1985. Over the last 30 years, we have provided a reliable and excellent quality of service to many commercial, industrial and domestic clients, including schools, hospitals, warehouses and offices.

What You'll Do

General duties including:

Answer & direct phone calls, emails and other enquiries
Assist in scheduling appointments
Prepare and manage office documentation (quotes, reports, invoices)
Maintain office supplies
Support project managers and team members with administrative tasks
Assist in the preparation of quotations.
Perform other office related duties, as required
Act within the limits of your own competence and within the agreed ways of working, following policies and protocols used in the workplace
Use communication methods and techniques to overcome barriers and meet individuals’ wishes, preferences and needs
Maintain and further develop your own skills and knowledge.
Contribute to the quality of services by participating in improvement activities

Training Outcome

Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a higher-level apprenticeship or full-time employment for the right candidate.
