What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support (1st & 2nd Line)

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for voice and data products, including telephony and broadband/connectivity services
Diagnose and resolve client-reported faults across hosted voice and broadband connections
Log, track, and escalate cases as required, maintaining clear and accurate documentation throughout

Voice Provisioning:

Provision of the tenant
Place number port requests
Base configuration: create generic users, programme DDI numbers, and set up up to 3 hunt groups
Host the project kick-off call with the client (remote only)
Configure named users, including creating user names
Programme IVRs and call queues/groups

Broadband Provisioning:

Manage end-to-end provisioning of broadband orders, from order placement through to service activation
Liaise with carriers/suppliers to track install dates and resolve provisioning issues
Keep internal systems and clients updated on order progress
