Evidence of effective teaching practice (including training placements)
Experience of teaching across a range of Key Stages during initial teacher training
Secure literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
The ability to build positive relationships with children
Commitment, flexibility, and enthusiasm
A strong desire for professional development and to grow as a teacher
Good interpersonal and communication skills
