You will be responsible for:

Leading the overarching brand and marketing strategy across all music businesses
Managing and developing a team of Marketing Managers across multiple brands and venues
Overseeing content, creative, and design teams to deliver standout campaigns and content strategies
Driving audience growth, ticket sales, and long-term demand
Leading paid media strategy, audience development, and CRM direction
Ensuring each brand has a clear, distinct voice, identity, and positioning
Building marketing systems, processes, and reporting structures to improve performance
Partnering with senior leadership on long-term growth strategy and new business opportunities

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands the intersection of culture, brand, audience growth, and live events. We're looking for a strategic marketer with strong creative instincts, proven leadership experience, and a deep understanding of how to build demand.
Has significant senior-level marketing experience within music, culture, entertainment, nightlife, or live events
Understands how to build culturally relevant brands that drive commercial performance
Has experience managing creative, content, and marketing teams
Thinks strategically while remaining highly executional and detail-oriented
Has a strong understanding of audience psychology, digital marketing, and modern discovery behaviour
Demonstrates excellent creative judgement and high standards for brand and design
Can balance short-term commercial results with long-term brand building
Is highly collaborative and confident leading cross-functional teams
Has a strong track record of managing, developing, and coaching individuals in a high-performance, commercially driven environment
Experience marketing clubs, festivals, live music venues, or ticketed events
Deep understanding of nightlife and music culture
Experience launching new venues or concepts
