We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the team at The Blues Kitchen. The Blues Kitchen brings together delicious food, world class music and an incredible drinks menu, all under one roof. It's built on great hospitality. Thoughtful service, proper food, and a space that delivers consistently high standards. We focus on the details that matter, how teams are built, how culture is created, and how every guest experience reflects what we stand for. As Restaurant Manager, you take ownership of the restaurant. You lead the team, drive performance and ensure every shift delivers an experience guests come back for.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the front of house team


• Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards


• Drive performance, quality and consistency


• Manage recruitment, training and team development


• Handle guest feedback and maintain strong relationships


• Work closely with senior leadership to grow the business

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up


• Proven leadership and team development skills


• Strong organisational and operational ability


• A focus on quality, culture and long-term success


• Someone who wants to build and lead a high-performing team
