In this role, I will provide first line support for hardware and software issues in a Windows environment. My daily tasks will include:
Offering desktop support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Installing company software such as Wareflow, SAP, MS Office, and design software
Setting up new users and new PCs
Administering MS Windows Server, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Managing backup administration
Administering SAP, which includes unlocking and requesting new accounts and logging calls on the Head Office helpdesk
Repairing or replacing PC hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, tablets, and printers
Coordinating with external third-party suppliers for systems like CCTV and email
Collaborating with internal departments regarding CRM, SAP, Wareflow, and design software
Handling telephony administration
Setting up company mobiles, handheld devices, and tablets
Administering the network infrastructure, firewalls, and internet connections
Serving as the first point of contact for antivirus, iPads, and video conference systems
