Introduction

We're seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our Group HR team as a People Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities, develop valuable workplace skills, and achieve a recognised Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship qualification.

What You'll Do

Coordinating recruitment adverts, inboxes and candidate queries
Completing onboarding, pre‑employment checks and HR administration
Maintaining accurate records, data and templates
Helping with training coordination and inductions
Supporting internal comms

Training Outcome

Following successful completion of the Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship, individuals will be well positioned to progress into a range of People and HR careers such as People Coordinator/HR Advisor.
