Introduction
We're seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our Group HR team as a People Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities, develop valuable workplace skills, and achieve a recognised Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship qualification.

What You'll Do
- Coordinating recruitment adverts, inboxes and candidate queries
- Completing onboarding, pre‑employment checks and HR administration
- Maintaining accurate records, data and templates
- Helping with training coordination and inductions
- Supporting internal comms
Training Outcome
Following successful completion of the Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship, individuals will be well positioned to progress into a range of People and HR careers such as People Coordinator/HR Advisor.
