Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the office
Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and front-of-house duties where required
Coordinate meeting rooms, bookings, and internal office logistics
Assist with document handling, filing, scanning, and record management
Support internal teams with general administrative tasks and ad hoc requests
Maintain office supplies and liaise with external vendors where necessary
Ensure all administrative processes are carried out accurately and in line with internal procedures
Contribute to a professional and welcoming office environment
Pro-active ongoing supervision of the premises, facilities and relationships with relevant third-party contractors
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislations and requirements such as health and safety, PAT testing, office fire safety
Actively contribute to office moves
Responsibility for security and safety systems in place such as door access, intruder alarm and fire alarm systems

Previous experience in a similar role
Familiarity with standard office systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Professional and personable, with strong communication skills
