Support the creation, coordination and management of digital 3D models for live construction projects.
Work with Civil, MEP, Site Management and Commercial teams to keep project information accurate and up to date.
Assist with clash detection, model reviews and model issue tracking supporting design coordination.
Help maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure information is shared correctly.
Learn industry-standard digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks and Dalux.
Work with digital technology such as Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality to support project delivery
How BIM supports design, engineering coordination and construction delivery.
Digital engineering workflows, 3D/4D modelling and model data management.
How models link to programme planning, cost management and site operations.
Collaboration skills across multidisciplinary project teams.

5 GCSEs (including Maths & English)
A-Levels or equivalent for Higher/Degree apprenticeships.
Passion for digital construction and engineering.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Practical experience on live projects.
