Apprentice Programme

Are you ready to kick-start your career in the construction industry? Our Apprentice Programme offers you the chance to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience on real projects while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. Responsibilities: What you'll do:

• Support the creation, coordination and management of digital 3D models for live construction projects.
• Work with Civil, MEP, Site Management and Commercial teams to keep project information accurate and up to date.
• Assist with clash detection, model reviews and model issue tracking supporting design coordination.
• Help maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure information is shared correctly.
• Learn industry-standard digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks and Dalux.
• Work with digital technology such as Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality to support project delivery
What you'll learn:
• How BIM supports design, engineering coordination and construction delivery.
• Digital engineering workflows, 3D/4D modelling and model data management.
• How models link to programme planning, cost management and site operations.
• Collaboration skills across multidisciplinary project teams.
  
  5 GCSEs (including Maths & English)
• A-Levels or equivalent for Higher/Degree apprenticeships.
• Passion for digital construction and engineering.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
